A resolution to grant planning consent was obtained in June 2013 and Endurance Estates Strategic Land are working to document the required S.106 and other agreements to enable a start on site in 2014.

Endurance Estates Strategic Land is working with a range of owners pulling together a composite masterplan for an area of part brown field land South West of Norwich in Norfolk. The total sites comprise approximately 200 acres in a very sustainable location, close to a main line railway station which provides good access to Norwich and Cambridge and other out lying towns and suitable for the development of 750 houses. The site is within walking distance of the town centre amenities.

Wymondham has been identified by the Norfolk Development Partnership, a body responsible for promoting the combined LDF process across various local authorities, as being capable of accommodating approximately 2,200 homes. Endurance Estates have appointed a consultant team to work with the local authority, the community and other stakeholders to develop an appropriate masterplan for this
important site.

Once planning permission is granted sites will be sold to a range of different house builders to create an appropriate mix of styles and quality.
