Duncan leads on Land Promotion planning and development, overseeing the in-house team at all project stages from identification to disposal. He has over 25 years' experience of strategic land projects; from structuring collaboration and joint venture arrangements, to ensuring the smooth delivery and implementation of planning permissions.
Duncan trained at Savills working in both planning and development agency teams before becoming Planning Director for a London based land promotion company, sitting on the executive board during its £150 million private equity sale.
