Tim is a chartered surveyor who establised Endurance Estates in 2010 and secured the backing of Richardson Capital for the land promotion arm of the business shortly after. With over 30 years' experience, Tim has successfully completed more than 7.5 million sq ft of development and investment projects worth in excess of £2 billion.
Tim oversees Endurance Estates as a whole and gives strategic input on land promotion and project acquisition, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement throughout the project's lifetime.
