Endurance Estates with its team of in-house planners, project managers and delivery experts work with landowners to promote sites for development through the planning process. The company enters into an agreement with the landowner, organises the obtaining of planning permission and pays the costs of a professional team. Once consent is granted we then select the most appropriate development partner to build the new homes.
We actively seek development partners who will start construction with little or no delay following the grant of planning permission.
Endurance Estates hold public consultations on all projects to actively engage with local communities and key stakeholders from an early stage. Further Information on current schemes and consultations can be seen below.
