Endurance Estates secured planning permission for 730 houses, a care home and a new primary school on behalf of a consortium of landowners. The planning application was submitted in parallel with local plan/site allocations process which helped to reinforced its “deliverability”. Hopkins Homes, Bovis and Taylor Wimpey all on site with infrastructure being delivered off site through a co-operation agreement. The first units were occupied in 2016.
