Endurance Estates secured planning permission on appeal for a 52 home scheme at Fordham in East Cambridgeshire which is well located for Cambridge, Ely and Newmarket.
The site was not allocated for development but was brought forward in order to assist with East Cambridgeshire's housing land supply shortfall. A package of contributions towards local infrastructure was secured through CIL payments.
