Endurance Estates obtained planning permission for 22 new houses on land conveniently placed near the train station in the village of Foxton.
This site was not allocated for development but was brought forward in order to assist with the Council's housing land supply shortfall. A package of contributions towards local infrastructure was secured through a s106 planning agreement.
