Endurance Estates secured planning permission on appeal for 120 new homes and a 66-bed care home on two separate sites in Takeley, Essex which is well located to Bishop's Stortford and London Stansted Airport.
Neither site was allocated for development but was brought forward in order to assist with Uttlesford's housing land supply shortfall and care provision needs.
The Section 106 Agreements secured a package of contributions towards local infrastructure.
