Endurance Estates secured planning permission on appeal for a 53 home scheme in East Cambridgeshire.
The site was allocated for 25 dwellings but an additional 28 units were brought forward in order to assist with East Cambridgeshire's housing land supply shortfall. A package of contributions towards local infrastructure was secured through CIL payments.
