The second phase of the Hemel regeneration project following completion of The Forum hub building is the delivery of The Gade Riverside Quarter. This will comprise over 200 residential units and a 6,000 sq ft convenience store.
Endurance and Dacorum Borough Council have selected Hill Residential as their residential delivery partner to deliver this attractive scheme with many of the flats fronting the River Gade. The site has good access to Hemel Old Town, the main Town Centre and shopping areas.
The development also includes a range of affordable units which will provide opportunities for rent and shared ownership.
